Revolt Electric Motorcycle has been spotted testing again. It will be launched in India by June 2019, along with two different models.
Revolt Motors is going to launch its first electric motorcycle by June 2019. Ahead of the launch, the manufacturer has started testing the bike on the roads of Delhi NCR, where it will be launched first.
New details reveal that the electric two-wheeler startup has planned three bikes for the Indian market. One will be for personal use, second for institutional use and the third one for commercial.
The bike for the institutional usage will adapt a conservative styling at a very affordable price. The commercial-aimed bike will offer the highest riding range amongst these three.

The Revolt electric motorcycle gets a conventional design, going by the spy shots. At the back, a large disc can be spotted, which might be used to send power to the rear wheel.
The engine has been placed at the starting of the swingarm, whereas the batteries will be placed where the engine in conventional motorcycles is placed.
As of now, we know that the spotted motorcycle will get a 4.5kW electric motor, which will provide a riding range of nearly 150 kms. The top speed achievable on the bike will be 85 km/hr.

Revolt Motors will be producing the bikes at their Manesar facility, which has the production capacity of 1.2 Lakh units. Initially, the bike will be 75% localized, and by 2020, it will be fully localized.
Features onboard will include LED headlamps, Bluetooth-integrated fully digital instrument console, integrated 4G sim, CBS, swappable batteries and more. It will be positioned as a mass-market motorcycle and not a premium one.
As of now, the prices are speculated to be around Rs 1.2 Lakhs. With the help of FAME II scheme, the effective price might come down to Rs 95000 easily. This might keep it on par with the 150-160cc motorcycles.
