Hyundai Grand i10 Nios will be available in six colour options and gets AMT gearbox for both petrol and diesel engines.
Hyundai is all set to bring its upcoming hatchback, Grand i10 Nios and the production of the car have also started. The car which was unveiled earlier this month gets a new design which makes it aesthetically appealing.
With the production of Hyundai Grand i10 Nios in full swing, the car will be launched on August 20 and the bookings for the same have started at an initial amount of Rs 11,000.

The Grand i10 Nios will be made available in a total of 10 variants and will come in BS6 compliant petrol and diesel engines. The petrol engine generates 81 bhp with 114 Nm of torque while that the 1.2-litre turbocharged diesel engine churns out 74 bhp with 190 Nm of peak torque.
Transmission options will include a 5-speed manual gearbox along with 5-speed AMT. The petrol automatic will be made available only in the Magna and Sportz trim while the diesel AMT only in the Sportz trim.
The upcoming hatchback will deliver a 20.7 kmpl for the petrol manual and 20.5 kmpl for the AMT. The certified oil burner mileage sticks to 26.2 kmpl and that for an automatic will be 28.4 kmpl.

The interiors of the Grand i10 Nios will see a new 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system and gets Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as connectivity features. It also gets a new automatic climate control unit, new multi-function steering wheel and a 5.3-inch MID with a digital speedometer. With all these additions and a fresh design, the car is expected to see a premium of Rs 50,000 more than the ongoing model.
