In a shocking visual, an auto driver changes tyre while it keeps moving on the road. We see some truly mind-boggling instances on roads quite frequently. But this is something that is beyond the scope of comprehension. Indian roads are full of bizarre situations and activities which make them some of the most perilous and accident-prone in the world. It is not hard to see why. Here are the details of this latest incident.

Auto Driver Changes Tyre on the Move

The video has been uploaded by Navbharat Times on YouTube. It captures an astounding scenario on the road. An auto rickshaw is being driven on just two tyres and the rear right one is punctured. Resultantly, the driver decided to replace this tyre in the most unusual and perilous way. He keeps the auto moving on just two tyres and commences the replacement by hanging out of the side. This video, obviously, has taken the internet by storm.

He unscrews the tyre out of the wheel hub as another auto is moving near it. A person from the other auto hands him the new tyre and the auto driver installs it on his auto. All this while, the auto is being driven on the road and we are shocked to see how he is able to steer it. What is worse is the fact that the road has curves and it is not a straight highway. We don’t know how there was no vehicle coming from the opposite direction all this while.

Road Safety

We lose thousands of lives in car crashes on our roads each year. These mostly happen due to the carelessness of the drivers on the roads and not following traffic regulations. This is a prime example of it. It is high time we start respecting and following the traffic laws to make our roads safer than they are at the moment. Make sure to report such cases to the authorities so that such people understand that this is not something you should take for granted. Such cases can turn fatal in no time.
