The Great Khali got into an altercation with Toll Plaza workers as he was travelling from Jalandhar to Karnal in a white Toyota Fortuner
In a recent development, The Great Khali lodged a police complaint against a toll plaza worker after he allegedly misbehaved with the 7-foot tall WWE star. The government has made FASTag mandatory in the country across all the toll plazas. However, there are still some tolls where manual operations, to some extent, are being performed. This could be due to the fact that the machines have a problem reading the FASTag or something similar. That is when this incident took place.

Great Khali vs Toll Plaza Workers
The Great Khali lodged the complaint with Ludhiana Police on July 12, 2022. He was traveling from Jalandhar to Karnal in a white Toyota Fortuner. At around 9 AM, when he was at the toll plaza, the operator there allegedly misbehaved and abused him. Khali mentions that he initially didn’t want to get involved in this but the toll operator recorded the video and put it on social media to gain attention. That is when Khali decided to get the Police involved and lodge an official complaint. In this video, the WWE star is seen getting out of his car and going into the police station creating a large crowd there.

The ACP Ludhiana, Sumit Sood is interviewed by the news channel after he received the complaint. He assures that the standard procedure of investigation will be followed in the case. The video footage from the toll plaza premises will be analysed to get to the bottom of this case. It will have the necessary details to conduct a thorough investigation to know what exactly transpired at the toll plaza. The further course of action will depend on the evidence that the Police gather from the CCTV footage.

We have, unfortunately, seen that it happens rather often that the toll plaza workers act a bit weird. There have been instances of them committing fraud and trying to make some money as well. This is more common in remote areas. On the other hand, we have also experienced cases where some prominent people refuse to pay the toll tax just to assert their VIP status. Needless to say, both of these scenarios are undesirable which is why the automated process is ideal because it takes away human error and biases.
