Using regular vehicles in big Bollywood blockbusters is often an effective strategy for marketing. The cars get exposure to a wide range of audiences. Mostly, it is not a random selection. The car makers set aside some budget to actually feature their cars in such movies. In essence, it is an advertisement for the cars. I have seen it happen on countless occasions. Oftentimes, an SUV like the Scorpio N will display its off-road capabilities in a war movie like Sam Bahadur. Therefore, the audience will get to see it perform impressive feats on unforgiving terrains.

Author’s Note

Being an automotive aficionado, I always enjoy when my beloved vehicles emerge in big screen movies. There is a certain charm to watching these everyday vehicles in the glamorous world of Bollywood. In fact, many people think of buying aspirational high-end luxury vehicles when they see their favourite Bollywood stars drive them in movies. Therefore, such endeavours always have a positive impact on the image of the vehicle. In the case of Scorpio N, it is already an established product. Hence, its appeal will only expand further. Sam Bahadur will be released on December 1, 2023.
