Maruti Suzuki XL6 Bookings Starts Today – Book Yours At Rs 11,000

Maruti Suzuki has started taking the bookings for the XL6 officially. The MPV is a premium version of the Ertiga with 6-seat configuration, cosmetic changes and gets a BS6 petrol engine.

Maruti Suzuki XL6, the premium version of the Ertiga with 6-seat configuration will launch on August 21 and the bookings for the same has commenced. The manufacturer is accepting the payment through online at nexaexperience.com or via Nexa app. Also, one can visit the Nexa dealerships for the same.

Although we told you about how the unofficial bookings for the Maruti Suzuki XL6 have started at via dealership levels but now you can book the MPV at a token amount of Rs 11,000, officially.

Talking about the bookings for the XL6, Mr Shashank Srivastava, Executive Director, Marketing and Sales, Maruti Suzuki India said, “At Maruti Suzuki, we have always focused on bringing out products that match the customers’ demand. The XL6 is an exclusive 6-seater premium MPV, designed to meet the aspirations of evolved and discerning NEXA customers.

Furthermore, with XL6, we bring NEXA’s first premium MPV, which is high on comfort and convenience along with an array of safety features. The XL6 will further strengthen our NEXA products portfolio and provide our customers with a range of products from hatchbacks, Sedan, SUV and now a premium MPV at NEXA. We hope our customers enjoy the experience of our latest offering.

Maruti Suzuki XL6 is a rugged version of the seven-seater Ertiga and the changes include out on exteriors and on the inside. For starters, the front of the profile of the car has been redesigned and the headlamp cluster is totally revamped. It also gets integrated LED DRLs inside. The presence of front skid plates gives the car a sporty look.

One also gets blacked-out treatment for alloy wheels and the roof rails with silver finish. The rear profile of the car sees XL6 badging and it looks more or less the same. Plastic body cladding running all over the MPV can be seen.

The interiors receive an all-black treatment and get captain seats for the middle row. It continues to receive the 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment unit with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as connectivity features. Automatic climate control, cruise control are some of the features the MPV gets.

Safety features onboard include Dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, Front seat belt reminders, ISOFIX mount child seats, Hill Hold Assist, ESP (Electronic Stability Program), high speed warning alert, reverse parking sensors.

Under the hood, it gets a BS6 compliant 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that comes with the mild-hybrid (SHVS) system. Transmission options include 5-speed manual gearbox and a four-speed torque converter unit.
