In essence, the Italian two-wheeler giant has worked on making it quite sophisticated and not outright wild. It certainly points to more subtle and useable settings which a lot of people would appreciate.

Being a new-age sportsbike, it will come with all the latest tech and convenience features and amenities to pamper the riders. This includes things like a 5-inch TFT display, ride-by-wire technology, backlit switchgear, traction control, a sporty appearance with aggressive front fascia, race bike-like body graphics, fairing, a sculpted fuel tank, broad alloy wheels, compact wind visor, compact handlebars, a split-seat setup, attractive exhaust, rugged side body panels and more. All in all, the first glance of this bike would remind you of the racing bikes.

The new Aprilia RS457 will have the latest and capable engine. This is a potent 4V DOHC liquid-cooled engine which is capable of generating a decent 48 hp of peak power. Paired with this engine is a 6-speed gearbox with a slip-assist clutch which might have the option of a quick-shifter. The bike uses an aluminium perimeter frame. At the front, there is a 41 mm preload adjustable USD fork with 120 mm travel while the rear has a preload adjustable monoshock with a 130 mm travel. The dry weight of the bike is 159 kg. Additionally, there is a 320 mm disc at the front and a 220 mm disc at the rear. It comes with 17-inch alloys. The prices could be higher than the new KTM Duke 390.
