Tata and Hyundai have taken an initiative wherein you can buy their cars online. All the processes involved are digital and the car will be delivered at your home too.
Wanted to buy a new car but now lockdown has delayed it? Since the dealerships are not open, there are no deliveries or test drives or even enquiries happening. However, Hyundai and Tata have taken care of that for their interested buyers.
Hyundai has launched Click to Buy online sales platform which allows the user to virtually buy their car online. This is to help people stay indoors and stay safe from the coronavirus. Earlier, it started in a couple of dealerships in Delhi NCR and now, to the whole country.
So, first you have to register on Click to Buy portal. Then choose the car of your choice, followed by the variant, engine options and colour options. So if you want a Verna, you select it, followed by choosing the petrol, diesel or turbo petrol engines, then the gearbox options and finally the colours.

If you buy cars online, Hyundai offers finance options online itself. After completing all these formalities, you can then choose the option of either taking it directly from dealership or getting it delivered. That is possible once the dealerships start opening.
Tata Motors offers a similar procedure for buying cars online. You have to register and then select the model. Followed by that, there’s a detailed video brochure of the car that you have selected. After that, you can choose the variants, colours and other things.
The booking amounts can be paid online and the payment will be done with the help of the sales assistant. Even Tata offers financing and quotation options. Both the brands follow the entire process through emails, messages, whatsapp and phone calls.
