The RE Himalayan comes with a 410cc single-cylinder engine that outputs a max. power of 24.5 BHP and a peak torque of 32 Nm. This all-new motor has been developed entirely in-house by Royal Enfield and is said to be equipped with a counter-balancer shaft to keep NVH levels in check. Being an adventure motorcycle, the Himalayan gets long-travel telescopic forks at front and a monoshock suspension at the rear, which is yet another first for a Royal Enfield. The 410cc adventure tourer rides on 21-inch wheels and gets disc brakes at both ends.
