The alertness of the Honda City driver led to a failed attempt by thieves on the Activa to steal the sedan.

It is funny and shocking what CCTV footage can capture and this one certainly qualifies as the latter.

In this video, two thieves on Honda Activa are seen trying to steal a Honda City in broad daylight. Unfortunately, such incidents are quite common on our roads. However, when such miscreants try to do such activities during the day in an area which is guarded by security cameras, they get exposed without any issues. That is exactly what ends up happening here. Let us take a look at this astonishing incident.

The video has been posted by Indian Rubbery as YouTube Shorts. It shows CCTV footage where a couple of people suddenly appear in front of a Honda City at a junction. They park the scooter in front of the sedan and stand next to the driver’s side. Then, they are seen trying to force open the door with negative intentions. However, the driver of the Honda City reacted quickly and successfully drove away. But things were not over yet as one goes through the video.

As the duo is trying to pick up their Activa, the City driver is seen reversing the car to hit the thieves. Realising this, the two men jump out of the firing range in time to save themselves. However, their scooter was completely run over by the City driver. In addition to that, the car parked on the side of the road also got affected as the City collided with it. The thieves were barely able to survive this sudden fit of anger by the City driver, which is understandable to some extent.

There have been no details about what happened next. However, at least the visuals clearly show the faces of the thrives. They also show the registration plates of the Activa and Honda City. We understand that the driver of the City was enraged, but he/she ended up damaging the other car on the road which had nothing to do with anything. For that, he will need to pay the penalty. As far as the thieves are concerned, we hope that they get punished as per the law too.
