Sometimes, the aftermarket car modifiers take the customisation to new levels of weirdness. This yellow Thar certainly qualifies for pure CRINGE proposition.
This all yellow Mahindra Thar is a perfect candidate for the most cringy product of the year in the automobile space. In its regular form, Thar is one of the most popular cars in its segment. Being a perfect lifestyle off-roader, some cities boast over 8 months of waiting period on the SUV. It is arguably the most popular vehicle for performing modifications on too. Let us check out the details of this unique version of the Mahindra Thar.

All Yellow Mahindra Thar
These images have been posted by Monga_Tyres on Instagram. The main highlight of this Thar is is the installation of the 20-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels. But the main cringe derives from the sheer brightness of this all yellow paint theme of this Mahindra Thar. While there are no more modifications or body treatments, the colour itself has the potential to freak out a ton of people. However, the alloy wheels look really nice on the SUV. But such large wheels will compromise the ride quality of the SUV, especially over bad patches of road. On the flip side, the wide tyres will make for a great handling machine. Additionally, the black soft top roof brings in the cool element as well.
The Thar comes with 2 engine options, a 2.2-litre turbo-diesel, and a 2-litre turbo-petrol. The oil-burner makes 130 PS/320 Nm of peak figures while the petrol makes 150 PS/320 Nm of max figures. Transmission options for both the powertrains are a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic with a low range box. You also get a transfer case and a mechanically locking centre differential.
