Toyota is all set to present 5 zero-emission FCHV-adv Hydrogen Fuel Cell hybrid vehicles in front of the German customers by 2011 and reinforcing the information Tadashi Arashima, President and CEO Toyota Motor Europe said these words “the company believes that fuel cell hybrid vehicles have a major role in reducing emissions and achieving sustainable mobility, alongside petrol and plug-in hybrids and pure electric vehicles” According to Tadashi Arashima the different applications of Hybrid technology will exist along with other technologies dedicated to make the environment more clean. Bentley Will Make All Cars Flex Fuel Capable

Bentley has announced at the Geneva Motor Show 2010 that it will make all its cars flex fuel capable by 2012. It has already started with implementation of this plan and about 50% of the Bentley cars produced this year will be Flex Fuel Capable. What Does Flex Fuel Mean ? Well those of you who are confused what I am talking about, Flex fuel capable means a car which can run on a variety of fuel compositions like all gasoline, or the E85 bio-fuel, or Ethanol blended gasoline. This announcement is a part of Bentley’s commitment towards reducing CO2 emission by 15 % by the year 2012. It has also announced that the Bentley Continental will be powered by a 6 Litre, W12 flex fuel engine which will produce about 621 BHP and 800Nm torque. Bentley will use a fuel quality sensor in its advanced MPFI system for the flex fuel capable engines. Audi A2 Launch In Germany And USA

Audi has revealed its inclination to fill the space between the Audi A1 and Audi A3 by a small car Audi A2. A2 was earlier produces in Europe till year 2005 and had been discontinued because of its low demand. Audi want to bring in Audi in an all-electric variant. This is essentially important for Audi to have a good contestant to compete in the markets which has an inclination towards green energy and electricity as one of the main sources of power for cars. “There’s clearly room for another product and another concept between the A3 and A1,” Audi CEO Rupert Stadler said at the Geneva Motor Show 2010. The car will be most likely based on the same old platform but with modern styling and interiors to make it more aerodynamic and efficient. Audi has plans to launch the A2 in Germany by around 2014, however its not clear when it will be launched in USA. Nissan has revealed is global small car called Nissan Micra at the Geneva Motor Show 2010, the car is claimed to be most cost competitive and high on quality by the Manufacturer Nissan. It will also be manufactured locally at the Chennai Plant in India. It will be assembled at 4 locations globally- India, Thailand, Mexico and China. The car will be sold globally with a 1.2 Litre, 3 Cylinder MPFI Petrol Engine which produces 80 PS Max power and 108 Nm of impressive max torque.
