Check out all the features that will come on the mid-spec 2020 Hyundai i20 Sportz variant in this detailed walkaround video.
2020 Hyundai i20 has been launched in India with prices starting at Rs 6.71 Lakhs (ex-showroom). The bookings are already ongoing and we expect the deliveries to commence towards the end of this month itself. It comes in four variants – Magna, Sportz, Asta and Asta (O), as available earlier. The Era variant, as seen in the pre-generation model, is not available now.
For those you are interested in buying the mid-spec Sportz variant of the 2020 Hyundai i20, these are all the features that you get. While the base Magna variant misses out on a lot of features, the Sportz variant actually gets a lot of upgrades. It only misses out on a couple of features that is seen on Asta and Asta (O).
On the outside, it gets halogen, LED position lamps and the turbo badging. It gets 16-inch steel wheels with covers styled like an alloy wheel. On the back, it gets rear defoggers and LED taillights. No rear wiper and washer found. Moving inside the cabin, it looks very similar to the top-end Asta (O) variant.
The Sportz variant gets a fully digital 7-inch TFT instrument cluster, tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Wireless Apple CarPlay, front armrest, fully automatic AC, rear parking camera and sporty aluminium pedals. It misses out on the AC toggle buttons seen on top-end variant, but still retains the leather seats.
Features that are missing from the top-end variants include cruise control, electric sunroof, automatic headlamps, alloy wheels, LED headlamps and six airbags. The Sportz variant comes with petrol-MT, petrol-CVT, Diesel-MT and Turbo-iMT options, missing out on the Turbo-DCT combination. Prices of Sportz variant starts at Rs 7.59 Lakhs up to Rs 8.99 Lakhs (ex-showroom).
