Ultraviolette F77 Electric Motorcycle

The second electric motorcycle in India is the Ultraviolette F77 electric motorcycle. This one is a performance-packed bike with power equivalent to a Duke 200.

When it comes to electric mobility, there is no connection to performance and high-speeds. Ultraviolette has managed to strike that fact out, with the new F77 electric performance motorcycle. It is now the second E-motorcycle in India, after the Revolt RV400.

Ultraviolette Automotive is an electric mobility start-up, backed by TVS. As of now, it is available only in one city, but will soon be available through other metro cities in India. Here are some highlights of the F77 Electric motorcycle:

Price And Variants

The Ultraviolette F77 electric motorcycle will cost between Rs 3-3.25 Lakhs, on-road. It comes in three colours which double up as the variants. The three variants are – Shadow (Matte Black), Lightning (Silver) and Laser (Matte Red).

The riding range has been capped at 140 kms on a full charge. The real-world riding range as claimed by the company, would not come below 100 kms. If that’s the range will all this performance hype, then it is justified.

As for the charging support, it supports Public Charging and Fast Charging. With the help of fast chargers, you can fully charge the bike in just 1.5 hours. With a normal AC home charger, it will take around 5-6 hours to be charged fully.
