Interiors

The plush seats of Elantra will still be the priority but now one can expect a re-designed cabin layout with a revised instrument cluster and updated steering wheel. We can expect the sedan to follow a dual-tone dashboard theme along with the passenger side electrically adjustable seat.

Features

Expect the car to retain the large 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system that supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Blue-link technology which will be featured in the upcoming Hyundai Venue can also be expected with the facelifted version of Hyundai Elantra.

Engine

We can expect the facelifted version to come with BS-VI compliance engine to fit in with emission norms. Currently, the car comes with 2-engine options, one 2.0-litre petrol motor which churns out 151bhp with 190 Nm of torque. The turbocharged diesel engine sources its power from a 1.6-litre motor which generates 127bhp with 261 Nm of peak torque. Both the engines are mated to either a 6-speed manual or an automatic gearbox.
