BS6 Hyundai Venue Diesel Variant Wise Features And Price Detailed

The bookings for BS6 Hyundai Venue Diesel are ongoing and the deliveries of that commenced nearly two weeks ago.

Hyundai has discontinued the existing 1.4-litre four-cylinder diesel engine that came on i20 and Venue. While the i20 will get a BS6 diesel engine once its new generation is launched, Venue has been equipped with a new 1.5 Litre diesel engine.

The motor is a detuned version of the 1.5 Litre diesel engine that comes on Kia Seltos. The engine produces 100 PS and 240 Nm of peak torque, while mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox. Petrol and turbo petrol engines remain the same and are also BS6 compliant now.

Venue Diesel is available in six variants, two of them include dual-tone options. The prices were leaked a couple of weeks back and we reported that the deliveries began on the last day of February itself. Due to the coronavirus outbreak, the deliveries are delayed.
