The BS6 compliant Harrier was launched towards the starting of this year. It got a facelift that gave new colours, bigger and refreshed alloy wheels and also, an automatic gearbox. The BS6 compliant 2.0 Litre Kyrotec diesel engine now produces 170 PS and 350 Nm of peak torque, paired with a 6-speed MT and a 6-speed torque converter AT.

Features onboard include 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system from Harmon Kardon, JBL sound system, panoramic sunroof, 17-inch dual tone alloys, electric seat adjustment for driver, cruise control, automatic headlamps, automatic wipers, semi-digital instrument cluster and more. Safety features include six airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, rear parking camera and more.

Harrier now goes against the likes of MG Hector, Jeep Compass, Mahindra XUV500, Kia Seltos and Hyundai Creta. While the Creta, Seltos and Compass are all smaller than the Harrier, but in terms of features, these three are the clear winner.
