The Mahindra XUV500 Facelift comes with a significantly revised exterior profile. With this updated, the SUV is set to become more premium. In addition to this, it will come loaded with a host of new features.
We informed you earlier that Mahindra XUV500 Facelift is speculated to launch in India during the month of April 2018. It seems that the automaker has started dispensing the updated model to its dealerships. Curtsey Team-BHP, new spy shots of the Mahindra XUV500 Facelift have surfaced on the internet. These show the vehicle in its full glory. Consequently revealing a lot of details regarding the facelift.
The XUV500 Facelift comes with a slightly altered front profile. The overall layout of the fascia remains the same. That said, the XUV500 now comes with a new grille design. The design of the headlamps and the fog-lamps remain the same. The rear fascia gets the majority of the updates.ย The design is completely altered. The tail-lamps are now wraparound and feature interesting detailing.

The cabin of the Mahindra XUV500 Facelift is not visible in these images. However, we expect that Mahindra will provide this SUV with a new cabin layout. In addition to this, the XUV500 will now come with a number of new features. In order to compete with its rivals, the vehicle will get premium upholstery as well.
So far, the engine specifications of the XUV500 facelift are unknown. However, according to recent media reports, we believe that it is going to get the same 2.2-litre diesel engine. That said, the engine’s power output will stand at 170 BHP.

The prices of the XUV500 Facelift will remain in the same bracket as before. They are likely to range in-between INR 12.5 lakh to INR 18.5 Lakh. The SUV will continue to compete against the likes of Tata Hexa and other players which fall in the same segment.
