One of the most popular energy drinks in the world and an avid sponsor of various sporting activities is about to bring to Mumbai, the Red Bull SoapBox race India. Dubbed as the world’s wildest street racing competition, the Red Bull Soapbox race will be starting on December 2nd. The Red Bull SoapBox race which is one of a kind of competition where the participants get to show their wild and crazy-side with enormously adventurous but strange events. Till date, the Red Bull Soapbox race has been held in 77 cities across 40 countries in the world.
The Red Bull SoapBox race is a completely non-motorized racing event and the idea behind such an event is to create a human driven soapbox machine using all the imagination you have and participate with that machine in a race against time on a downhill slope with innumerable bumps and turns. There will be a selection process and the selected teams will be sent experimental kits with which they have to develop their creative designs and send those designs back to Red Bull for selection and evaluation. The selection panel consisting of 50 judges will be short-listing the best 50 entries who will get a chance to make their creative soapbox a reality. Red Bull will also be supporting the participants throughout with their experts to guide the teams during the design and fabrication. So, why wait!
