When Maruti launched the second generation Dzire in 2012, the outgoing model was rebranded as ‘Dzire Tour’ for sale in the taxi market. With the launch of the new generation Dzire scheduled for May, Maruti will adopt an identical strategy for the outgoing car. According to reports, the new Maruti Dzire Tour 2017 is already on sale priced at Rs. 5.24 lakh for the petrol variant and Rs. 5.99 lakh for the diesel. The Dzire Tour is essentially a stripped down version of the second generation Dzire with only basic features such as manual aircon and front power windows.

New Maruti Dzire Tour 2017 Price

New Maruti Dzire Tour 2017 Features
The Dzire Tour is essentially a bare bones variant of the base LXi/LDi trims of the outgoing model. It gets only very basic features like
- Black beige interiors
- 12V Mobile charging socket
- Manual air conditioning
- Steel rims
- Front power windows
- Body colour bumpers
- Internally adjustable ORVMs
In its latest Tour avatar, the Dzire loses the chrome front grille and the chrome applique around the fog lamps. However, unlike the model it replaces, it gets front power windows, black beige cabin and body colour bumpers. The chrome strip on the boot lidย stays.
