The second trailer of No Time To Die packs in an expansive number of cars and bikes ranging from the Aston Martin Valhalla to the new Land Rover Defender. Check them out in all their glory here.
No Time To Die is the 25th film in the James Bond franchise and its releasing in cinemas on November 12, 2020. Original scheduled for a release in April, the pandemic delayed this too, like many other things. What is to be the final Bond film with Daniel Craig in the lead, the studio has now dropped a trailer of the film. What’s of particular interest to us auto enthusiasts is the sheer number of cars and bikes packed in this trailer of No Time To Die, all in great action, promising us an edge-of-the-seat Bond experience.
This No Time To Die trailer is all about stunning chase sequences, dangerous stunts and of course, the immensely cool cars. One of the highlights have to be the return of the Aston Martin DB5, complete with its gadgets and headlamp-popping guns. We also get a blink-and-miss glimpse of the Aston Martin Valhalla along with the Aston Martin Series II V8 Vantage and the new DBS Superleggera. What also was a big surprise was the Maserati Quattroporte IV that appears briefly at the beginning of the trailer.
There are also a bunch of Jaguar sedans which includes the XF as well as the Land Rover Discovery, Range Rover and more rolled in the trailer. The other most iconic vehicle in the new Bond film is perhaps the new Land Rover Defender. In fact, before its unveil, the new Defender was first spotted undisguised on the sets of No Time To Die and its since then, that we knew we are in for some off-road action in the next Bond film. The Defender got plenty of air time here in the trailer and there were other stunning shots of the Defender in its element too.
For motorcycles, No Time o Die will be featuring the Triumph Bonneville Scrambler 1200 as well as the new Tiger 900 in their full adventure mode. In fact, Triumph launched the Scrambler 1200 Bond edition in May this year to celebrate the partnership with the movie. We can’t remember another Bond film that had such an exclusive and diverse range of car and motorcycles. This will be last Bond film which will see Daniel Craig live the life of a 00 Agent and surely with all guns blazing.
No Time To Die also marks the return of several iconic on the screen characters from previous installments which includes Jeffery Wright as Leiter, Ralph Fiennes as M, Ben Whishaw as Q, Naomie Harris as Miss Moneypenny, Lea Seydoux as Madeleine Swann and Christoph Waltz as Blofeld. The movie has a new super-villain in Safin which has been played by Rami Malek and even a new 00 Agent played by Lashana Lynch. This also indicates a new direction for the character and the franchise. It has been directed by Cary Fukunaga and will be released under Universal Pictures.
