We have got details on the waiting period for different variants of Kia Seltos in Delhi NCR. The waiting period ranges from 15 days to 3.5 months.

Kia Seltos has garnered quite the attention in the Indian market given that it is the first launch from the brand. The Seltos competes with the likes of Tata Harrier, MG Hector, Hyundai Creta and Nissan Kicks, the segment which is slowly gaining popularity.

Seltos also managed to break the record of most bookings achieved in a day, which went more than 6000 units. The booking figures are now over 50,000 and you might be wondering about the waiting period as well.

Our dealership sources have sent us the document regarding the waiting of each variant of Kia Seltos in Delhi NCR. Broadly, the Seltos is broadly divided into 9 variants, comprising of 18 variants in total. Following is the waiting period for Kia Seltos in Delhi:

As seen, the base diesel HTE variant demands the highest waiting period of all. The lowest waiting period is of the GTK and GTX variant with the turbo-petrol engine. Our dealership sources suggest that the deliveries of base variants are speeding up by the day.

Kia Seltos is available with three engine options, a 1.4 Litre turbo-petrol and 1.5 Litre petrol and diesel engines, all BS-6 compliant. While a 6-speed manual gearbox comes as standard on all engines, the petrol gets a CVT gearbox, the turbo-petrol with a DCT and the diesel engine with a torque-converter automatic gearbox.

Meanwhile, Kia has also commenced the exports of the India-made Seltos, reportedly to South America. In the first consignment, Kia has exported 471 units of the SUV. Reports say that Kia has allotted 30% of total production to exports, which will also include South East Asian markets and Africa.
