The number plates issued by RTO South Delhi have started coming with DL 3C and DL 3S series for the vehicle registered there. Now, the extension of these series has the letter EX in the current times. Incidentally, when put together, the initial number on the vehicles reads DL 3S EX with alphabets S E X being the centre of attraction for many. Now, it could be a bit problematic for the vehicle owners to go out in public due to the same reason. Here is one such example.

The family decided to talk to the Commissioner of Delhi Transport to get the number changed. He said that such an arrangement is not possible. The price for the scooty range from Rs 66,273 and go all the way up to Rs 76,573, ex-showroom.
