Revolt Motors has confirmed that it will commence the sale of RV 400 electric motorcycle in Pune, as the showrooms are set to open by this weekend.
Revolt Motors launched India’s first electric motorcycle duo, the RV 400 and RV 300. The RV 300 goes for Rs 1.11 Lakhs and the RV 400 for Rs 1.26 Lakhs. You cannot pay the total amount, but Revolt offers a monthly EMI plan for both.
When launched, it was only available in Delhi NCR and now, the Revolt RV 400 and RV 300 will be available in Pune as well. The Revolt Hubs, or its dealerships, are scheduled to be open by 5th October.
The bookings for the Revolt RV 400 have already commenced, and the offline bookings in Pune will commence soon as well. After this, Revolt plans to expand its operations to Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai as well.

The RV 300 and RV 400 look the same, but the former gets a lesser capacity battery but offers a higher riding range. On RV 300, the top speed achievable is up to 60 km/hr, but the range is up to 180 kms on a single charge.
As for the RV 400, it gets a 3 kW electric motor with a 72V/3.2 kWh lithium-ion battery. The top speed achievable here is up to 85 km/hr and the riding range goes up to 156 kms on a single charge.
With the Revolt electric motorcycles, you have three options of charging. It comes with a removable li-ion battery, a charging port just below the seat or you have the battery swapping stations. At these stations, you can bring in your discharged battery and get a new one, for a nominal fee.

Both the bikes get the same set of features, including a fully digital instrument console, AI-enabled console with inbuilt e-sim card, remote engine start, LED headlamps, Four different Exhaust Notes and Regenerative Braking System.
