The first vehicle in the car collection of Narendra Modi is the Mahindra Scorpio. He used to travel in it before he became the PM. In fact, Anand Mahindra had tweeted about the fact that he was proud that Narendra Modi was using a Made-in-India car for his commute. It was priced at around Rs 16 lakh back in the day. But he had to stop using it because it was not bulletproof.

Tata Safari Armoured

The next Made-in-India SUV in the car collection of PM Narendra Modi is the Tata Safari. Just like the Scorpio, the Safari was also a rugged and popular SUV back in the day. People used to buy it to have insane adventures in it. But the one that Modi had was bulletproof. He got it after ditching the Scorpio. Safari had thick glass to absorb the impact of bullets and its build quality was also upgraded. Moreover, it came with run-flat tyres. It was priced at around Rs 60 lakh.

BMW 760Li Hi-Security Armoured

This is the car that was chosen for the Prime Minister by the SPG. The 7 Series is already the flagship offering from BMW, but this special version is made specifically for powerful people with a focus on emergency situations. It comes with bulletproof glass and underbody, a fire-resistant leak-proof fuel tank, and run-flat tyres that can cover 50 km at around 60 km/h even after being hit by a bullet. In addition to that, it also has an oxygen cylinder in case there is a chemical attack. There are two of these in the convoy of the PM to create defection in emergency cases. It has a price tag of over Rs 9 Crore.

Range Rover Sport HSE Armoured

The Range Rover Sport HSE is the next SUV in the car collection of PM Narendra Modi. Just like BMW, it has all the necessary safety mechanisms in place to ensure the security of the Prime Minister. In fact, you must’ve seen the PM in this Range Rover on multiple occasions, especially during his rallies. He often uses it to address people while arriving at the venue. This is made to order and is priced at around Rs 8 Crore to Rs 10 Crore.

Toyota Land Cruiser Armoured

The car collection of PM Narendra Modi consists of a Toyota Land Cruiser. Since it is the PM’s vehicle, this SUV is completely bulletproof and bombproof. Land Cruiser has been a popular product even in its regular version among celebrities because of the sheer comfort and convenience it offers. In this special edition version, there is appropriate security equipment installed in it to keep the PM safe. It has a price of over Rs 6 Crore in this version, whereas the regular version costs around Rs 1.50 Crore.

Range Rover Sentinel

Finally, the convoy of the PM also consists of a special Range Rover called the Sentinel. This is what PM Modi is often seen using these days. It is an extremely capable SUV not only on the road but on off-roading tracks as well. The security equipment has been taken to the next level in this with the window glasses so thick that they can’t be opened at all. Only the driver-side window can be opened slightly. It also has emergency escape and smoke screen features to get the PM out of harm’s way. The price of this could range from Rs 12 Crore to Rs 15 Crore. There are many security tech in this but the information regarding that has not been made public due to security concerns.
